Amalia McShane is an Associate with the Domestic Relations Department at Dolchin, Slotkin & Todd (DS&T). Ms. McShane previously clerked for the Honorable Arthur R. Tilson, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. McShane earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland, College Park.
While in law school, Ms. McShane interned for the Honorable Jacqueline C. Cody, Chester County Court of Common Pleas and the Honorable Ida K. Chen, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. She was also a student attorney for the Farmworker’s Legal Aid Clinic.
She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Nicholas A. Cipriani Family Law American Inn of Court.
Ms. McShane also volunteers with the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation.
She resides in Philadelphia with her husband. |
